This was an excellent hotel! The people were friendly, the room, halls, dining area and lobby were clean. The walls were relatively sound proof with little distraction from external noise. I felt very comfortable in the room. Thank you for such a nice hotel!
“I was driving from Las Vegas to Anaheim, with my family. I had used Map quest, an online mapping service, to plan my travel route. Unfortunately, Map quest didn't tell me that one of the major through fares on my planned route had been shut down for major construction. I was totally lost.
I called the Fairfield Inn, and spoke with the night clerk (I believe his name was Chris), who saw to it that I was given proper directions to the front door of the hotel. He was patient and professional, and took it upon himself to make sure that we arrived safely. This meant a lot to us, and alleviated a very stressful situation.
When we finally arrived, Chris seemed genuinely glad to see us, and catered to our needs. I have stayed in Marriott hotels across the country, but this was the first time for Fairfield Inn. If Chris is an example of how Fairfield Inn routinely does business, I'm sold!
My advice - Chris needs to be promoted to Corporate Trainer. He represents your company very well!”

Also, awesome job on the re-done and enlarged breakfast area - Thank you very much for this. I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years & this was a much needed change - great job! A little more variety at breakfast would make this outstanding.

The staff was amazing, especially the women who stocked the continental breakfast. I have never met a more diligent, consistent, friendly and outright helpful person; and I'm a recruiter - I hire people for a living! Please give her some sort of recognition; she deserves it! We are loyal Marriott Hotel customers, and have been so for over 35 years. We NEVER stay with any other hotel chain. Not only are we loyal customers, but almost all of our children have been employed at Marriott at one time or another during their college years. They too are now loyal Marriott Hotel customers. The Anaheim Placentia Fairfield Inn is extremely pleasant, and it has been completely remodeled. The breakfast is very nice, and the breakfast nook has a pleasant atmosphere. You simply cannot do better than any Marriott property.

Pablo at the Placentia Fairfield Inn is always helpful and professional. The lady that works the breakfast bar (don't know her name) always makes a special effort to be extremely friendly and pleasant...nice to see first thing in the morning!!

my fiance and I stayed there last winter, and the change has been excellant. Rooms were much cleaner, staff was very friendly and the addition of the breakfast bar was unexpected but very much welcomed. We will stay there each time were in town.

The bed, linens and pillows were outstanding, much better than any other Marriot property I've stayed in with the exception of JW Marriotts Desert Ridge Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay. We went spur of the moment for our son's birthday when we realized we could use our points for free rooms in Placentia. Our brother in law told us it was a great place with a fabulous breakfast and he was right. It was also just around the corner from our sons favorite store, monsters in motion. We got to disneyland in just minutes off the freeway so that was not a hassle either. Thank you we will stay again.

I usually do stay at another hotel while in this area, but it was not available so I thought I would try the Fairfield. I will definitely stay there again if I am able to get a room on the third floor where there is interior access only. Since I travel by myself, I do not stay in rooms with exterior access for safety reasons.
